Thirty-nine years of keeping water out.
Hydrocon Enterprise is a specialist contractor. We waterproof roofs, basements, tanks and wet areas, treat the joints that move, and lay the floors that take the punishment, with our own crews, on our own payroll, for the main contractors who build Malaysia's landmarks.
Office in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. Most of our work is in the Klang Valley, Putrajaya and Johor; the register also runs to Penang, Bintulu and Langkawi.
Manufacturer and applicator, at one table.
Most of the systems we install are made by Chemind Industries, our sister company in the same group. The people who formulate the membrane and the people who apply it sit in the same meetings, so a detail that does not work on site goes back to the lab, not into a dispute.
Where a specification calls for another manufacturer's system, we apply that instead. The crews are trained across hot-applied, liquid, sheet and cementitious systems, and the method statement is written for the product actually going down.

How a job runs with us.
- Site survey firstWe look at the substrate, the falls and every penetration before we price. A drawing tells us what was intended; the slab tells us what we have.
- A method statement for the product going downWritten for the system specified, with the manufacturer's data sheet attached, not a generic template.
- Our own crewsSite workers are on our payroll and trained on the systems they apply, so the crew that starts the job is the crew that finishes it.
- Test before handoverEvery roof, tank and wet area is flooded and held before we call it done. A leak found on our watch is ours to fix; that is why we look for it.
